Industrial cleaning is a classic "dirty job" that businesses pay big bucks for. But you don't have to start a cleaning company to capitalize. Instead, you can stay behind your computer, stay clean, and still earn big.
Two ways to do it: sell Google Business optimization to local companies who offer that, and start a directory site for people who are looking to get that service. I could see both of those becoming real earners.
