That is the energy you should bring to your job. Be solutions focused! Always offer an idea on what could make sense to do next! Don't wait for suggestions from your boss—MAKE THE SUGGESTIONS.
This is silly, but honestly, dead serious. The best employees over the years were the ones who proposed ideas & solutions.
