Instead of resisting stress, try acknowledging it.

We all know that chronic stress isn’t good for us, but studies actually show that a negative perception of stress can be more harmful than the stress itself. It’s time to rethink stress.

Turns out, stress isn’t all bad. It can help us stay safe, build resilience, and stay connected to what matters.

Here are three tips to stress smarter:

💙Take a minute (often)
💙Deep breaths are your greatest ally
💙Practice saying “I’m at capacity”

Let them feel the pain!!

Most cold emails miss because the prospect doesn’t feel the pain yet.

Top sellers don’t pitch—they create tension. They trigger doubt, curiosity, or FOMO that makes buyers think, “What am I missing?”

Here are 3 quick ways to do that:

✅ Comparison Bomb: Hint that others are doing it better.

✅ Invisible Cost: Surface silent problems they’ve accepted.

✅ Why Now?: Tie your message to timely shifts.

Don’t prove everything up front—just spark enough curiosity to keep the conversation going.

Doors open you make the right connections.

  1. Most people never upgrade their environment, so their thinking stays stuck.
I had to leave behind the familiar just to see what was possible.

  2. You don’t need more motivation—you need to see what’s actually possible.
When you realize someone just like you made it out, it flips a switch.

  3. Deals built my wealth. Not luck. Not trends. Not hustle.
The power of making the right move at the right time is everything.

  4. Relationship Capital is more valuable than a bank account.
Doors didn’t open because I had money. They opened because I made the right connections.

Settlements

All 50 states and US territories agreed to a $7.4B settlement with Purdue Pharma and its owners yesterday over the company's role in the opioid crisis. If approved, the payout will resolve thousands of outstanding lawsuits but still allow future litigation. It is the largest settlement of its kind surrounding the decades long epidemic.

Purdue released OxyContin, a powerful prescription painkiller, in the 1990s. The drug has since been blamed for fueling the opioid epidemic, resulting in over 645,000 US deaths since 1999. Purdue filed for bankruptcy in 2019 to settle lawsuits accusing it of downplaying the drug's addictive nature.

On another front, the $2.6 Billion Dollar BC/BS Settlement For Medical Centers, Doctors and Hospitals Is Closing on July 29. It has already been approved.

It easy to discover what you're owed and file with no risk, no hassle, and no legal fees.

Do something that grows the business or grows you.

  1. Review your to-do list and highlight what’s truly mission-critical. If it doesn’t move the business forward, it’s stealing your time.

  2. Identify one task you’re doing just to feel productive. Cut it and replace it with something that grows the business or grows you.

  3. Ask yourself where your current strategy is taking you in the next 6 to 12 months. If you don’t like the destination, change the route.

  4. Replace one low-impact task this week with 30 minutes of high-level thinking. Block it, protect it, and use it to realign.

Slowing down to assess direction is a power move, not a weakness.

  1. The fastest path to burnout is working hard without stopping to ask why. If the map is wrong, the journey doesn’t matter.

  2. More effort won’t fix a broken foundation. Until the structure is solid, everything you build will keep collapsing.

  3. Slowing down to assess direction is a power move, not a weakness. The best decisions I’ve made came from quiet strategy, not chaotic hustle.

  4. The people who win are not the busiest, they’re the most intentional. They don’t chase everything—they pick their shot and go all in.

Clarity comes from action.

Audit your information diet.

  1. Are you learning from winners… or professional talkers?

  2. Stop asking “What software should I use?”
Start asking “What outcome do I want, and who do I need to become to get it?”

  3. Revisit your top 3 goals this quarter.
Are your daily actions aligned with them?

  4. Identify one area where you’ve been indecisive.
Make a move this week. Clarity comes from action.
