Awkward is the price of admission to growth.

There is a specific kind of win. Not the polished, confident, made-it-look-easy wins.

The awkward wins.

The times you tried something new and it felt weird. The times you stumbled through it but did it anyway. The times you felt like you had no idea what you were doing but you showed up and tried.

Because those are actually the most important wins. Those are the ones that create growth.

If you wait until something feels natural, you’ll never start. Everything feels awkward the first time. And the second time. And probably the tenth time.

Awkward is the price of admission to growth.
