Play offense.

  1. A lender is not a lifeline.
I stopped building my businesses around bank approval — and everything changed.

  2. Cashflow beats credit lines every time.
Control comes from income, not IOUs.

  3. When times get tough, the system plays defense. I play offense.
That’s why I build lean, strong, and direct-to-cash.

  4. You don’t need better terms. You need better thinking.
That’s how you build something that lasts.

The “messy middle” is where all the magic happens.

  1. Most success doesn’t look like success in the beginning.
That kitchen table might be where the next 8-figure business is quietly being built.

  2. Real builders aren’t dressing for optics.
They’re focused on offers, leads, and moves that actually make money.

  3. The “messy middle” is where all the magic happens.
It’s not supposed to be polished — it’s supposed to be real.

  4. The world won’t understand what you’re doing until after you’ve done it.
And by then? It’ll be too late for them to catch up.

Fast money isn't always smart money.

  1. A purchase with no return is a distraction.
Tools, courses, masterminds, and ads only count if they clearly pay you back. If they don’t, they’re just noise pretending to be progress.

  2. The best ROI is usually boring.
Everyone wants the sexy win. Wealth builders choose predictable, repeatable outcomes.

  3. Fast money isn't always smart money.
But smart money knows when fast ROI is possible. That’s the game.

  4. You don’t have to spend big.
You just have to think smart.

Use your money to build something meaningful.

  1. Ask yourself why you want to hit your next financial goal.
Is it clarity or ego driving the vision?

  2. Write out what “winning” actually looks like for you.
If it’s just a number, dig deeper.

  3. Look at your current success.
Are you fulfilled, or just busy? The answer matters more than the balance.

  4. Define one way you can use your money to build something meaningful this month.
    Not someday. Now.

There are many ways to market your business.

Whenever you sell anything, you should always send a Thank You letter or a Thank You message after the order is placed, whether on the Internet or a thank you letter after the customer has purchased your product.

Then you should follow up with another personal message after the purchaser has had an opportunity to use the item/service. You can ask if they have any questions and are enjoying the benefits of what they have purchased.

When you do this, you have created a really dynamic opportunity to build a relationship with that customer and reap the rewards of many future purchases that person will make or even turn them into an influencer, where they will refer others.

The customer, who feels flattered and appreciated, will become a life-long customer, and will eagerly give you their money over and over again. That is what builds repeat business and a steady growing income.

That is the foundation of success. This is multiplied over and over again in your business. Think of that power and reward. And there is nothing more valuable to any business than repeat customers.

THE POWER OF ONE MORE

The distance between victory and settling for less is so small, and I’ve seen it play out thousands of times over the years.

It is the distance of ONE MORE.

I have used this philosophy in my business. I have used it to succeed in my relationships, strengthen my faith, and help others overcome their challenges as well.

ONE MORE demands that you don’t give up.

EVER!

You are only ONE MORE thought, emotion, decision, question, prayer, and action away from getting the brass ring.

Listen to me, and I’ll say it again…

Every one of you has it in you to turn THE POWER OF ONE MORE into your best advantage.

USE IT!

Why leadership has never been more important.

Leadership is about mindset, clarity and adding real value.

Leadership is not just about managing a business, it’s about having the right mindset to drive it forward. True leaders constantly challenge their thinking and adapt to change.

True leaders should wake up thinking about their business, go to bed thinking about their business and spend the entire day dealing with it.

Knowing what to do when stuff hits the fan will change how you sleep at night.

  1. Audit your worst loss.
What did it teach you? How can you reframe it as tuition, not trauma?

  2. Write down the top 3 business decisions you made while panicking.
Would calm thinking have changed the outcome?

  3. Create a “crisis plan” for your business.
Knowing what to do when stuff hits the fan will change how you sleep at night.

  4. Start training for bigger problems.
Take one uncomfortable financial risk this week. Your future self will thank you.

Making unique content per platform is a waste of budget.

Trying to make different versions of content for each social platform sounds great in a marketing deck, but it’s expensive and almost never worth it.

You’re better off using that budget to make great content that’s platform-agnostic than stretching yourself thin making one-off edits that barely move the needle.

If you’re not happy with the performance of your current videos, the issue probably isn’t the platform tweak—it’s the content itself.

Be water!!

  1. Inflation is not the enemy.
Waiting too long to adapt is what kills momentum and profits.

  2. Pricing that worked last year might be sinking you now.
If your costs went up but your offers didn’t evolve, your margins are under attack.

  3. Clients don’t leave because you raise prices.
They leave when they stop seeing value. Dial that in first.

  4. "Be water" means you adjust, move fast, and find the advantage.
Entrepreneurs who can’t shift will always stay stuck.

Who should a hospital apply for the Blue Cross/Blue Shield approved settlement that closes July 29, 2025?

Any hospital, medical center or practice should consider applying for the Blue Cross/Blue Shield approved settlement ($2.6 Billion) if they billed BCBS or received reimbursements between 2008 and 2024, for several compelling reasons:

  1. Financial Relief: The settlement can provide much-needed funds to help offset financial losses incurred due to past underpayments or claim denials.
  2. Compensation for Services: Hospitals may receive compensation for services rendered, particularly if they were negatively impacted by the insurance practices in question.
  3. Legal Costs Coverage: The settlement can help cover legal expenses associated with disputes, freeing up resources for patient care and other operational needs.
  4. Improved Cash Flow: Access to settlement funds can improve cash flow, enabling hospitals to invest in necessary resources or infrastructure.
  5. Enhanced Negotiation Power: Participating in the settlement process may strengthen the hospital's leverage in future negotiations with insurance providers.
  6. Support for Community Health Initiatives: Funds from the settlement can be reallocated to community health programs, enhancing overall public health outcomes.
  7. Resolution of Disputes: The settlement provides a formal resolution to ongoing legal disputes, allowing hospitals to focus on patient care rather than litigation.
  8. Reputation and Trust: Engaging in the settlement can help rebuild trust with the community and stakeholders, showing a commitment to fair practices.

Overall, applying for the settlement can provide both immediate financial benefits and longer-term strategic advantages for hospitals, doctors and other medical clinics in the US..

Systems save you from sleepless nights.

  1. Big losses only hurt when you’ve built small capacity.
Expand your vision, and the numbers stop scaring you.

  2. Systems save you from sleepless nights.
A business with structure doesn’t fall apart over one failed deal.

  3. Most people overreact to a dip.
But panic decisions rarely produce profit. Slow down to think, then move.

  4. If losing $100K breaks you, you’re not ready for the $10M level.
Train your nervous system to handle growth now.

There are 45 hospitals and health systems cutting jobs.

This includes Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare which is eliminating about 100 positions at eight Illinois hospitals it acquired from St. Louis-based Ascension earlier in 2025, Cincinnati-based UC Health will close the Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care by Sept. 30, affecting more than 400 employees, New York City-based NewYork-Presbyterian shared plans to lay off 1,000 employees and Butler, Pa.-based Independence Health System shared plans to lay off 81 workers. Independence has cut a total of 151 jobs so far in 2025 as part of broader cost-containment efforts.

Hopefully, some of them will review the $2.6 billion settlement which expires on July 29th. If they billed BCBS or received reimbursements between 2008 and 2024, they could qualify. It's easy to discover what they're owed and file with no risk, no hassle, and no legal fees.
