Become a better leader by slowing down.

Try to do more by doing less. More deep thinking and less reacting to situations and circumstances — unless situations require it. 

Try to align the passions of your team with their work. Create more space for top executives to drive on issues of deep personal importance. I think you will be a better organization for it.
