Become a better leader by slowing down.

Try to do more by doing less. More deep thinking and less reacting to situations and circumstances — unless situations require it.

Try to align the passions of your team with their work. Create more space for top executives to drive on issues of deep personal importance. I think you will be a better organization for it.

This has been a gift of my career that I would like to extend to everyone who reads this!!

Misconceptions About The R&D Tax Credit

Understanding tax credit eligibility can feel overwhelming and confusing.  More often than not, day-to-day operations are time-consuming and take precedence over everything else. In addition, industry was hit hard by COVID-19, which is why there has never been a more critical time for business owners to determine which tax credits they are eligible to receive—the potential benefit is too great to pass up.

My Business Won't Qualify

Many business owners assume that since they are not a manufacturing or tech company building a new product or service, they don't qualify. This is a myth! This credit can be claimed by any company that has taken the initiative in the field of research and development and optimized its technique, technology, product, service, equipment, composition, and so on. The list of qualifying expenditures is long. It's not about what industry you are but what you do daily.

Launch something—before you feel ready!!

  1. Reach out to someone who can help you grow. Stop waiting to “be discovered.” Make the introduction. Start the conversation.

  2. Pitch yourself for an opportunity. A new deal, a speaking gig, a business partnership—put yourself out there.

  3. Launch something—before you feel ready. A new offer, a new strategy, a new skill. Get it out there and improve as you go.

  4. Audit your circle. Are the people around you helping you grow or keeping you stuck? Get in the right rooms.

No focus. No profit.

Ever been to a restaurant with a 20-page menu?
By page 3, you’re sweating.
By page 7, you forgot why you’re even there.
By page 10, you're wondering if you even like food anymore.

That’s what most businesses look like.
Pandemonium, all over the place. No focus. No profit.

The real players?
They pick ONE thing. Master it. Scale it.

Meanwhile, the average entrepreneur is “building an empire” with a dozen half-baked ideas—and a profit line that’s always a no-show.

🚨 More offers = more confusion = fewer buyers.
✅ Pick one. Get deadly. Make money.

Here’s the humbling truth:
Your customers can spot weaknesses in your business that YOU can’t.
(Yes—it’s true. And yes—it’s costing you sales.)

And no—there’s nothing wrong with having more than one business…
IF you’ve got the first one dialed in, systemized, and profitable.

But most folks are out here trying to build 5 empires—while the first one’s still held together with prayer, duct tape, and a half-working ClickFunnels trial.

That’s the difference: People with a formula can run multiple businesses—because they’ve got focus, systems, and a network behind them keeping the machine tight.

If you want serious eyes on your business—
If you want to finally profit and stop hemorrhaging money every month—

Action creates momentum.

  1. You don’t need permission. Too many people are waiting for someone to “approve” their next move. No one is coming to give you the green light—go take it.

  2. Your network determines your opportunities. Surround yourself with people who open doors. Who you know matters—but who knows you matters more.

  3. The more value you create, the more doors open. Want bigger opportunities? Solve bigger problems. Be someone people need in the room.

  4. Action creates momentum. You’ll never think your way into success. Take imperfect action, adjust along the way, and build as you go.

The best opportunities aren’t given—they’re taken.

  1. Waiting is a trap. The “right time” doesn’t exist. If you’re waiting, you’re losing ground.

  2. Success isn’t found—it’s built. No one is handing out golden opportunities. You have to put yourself in the right rooms, in front of the right people.

  3. Luck favors those who take action. The more moves you make, the more doors open. Sitting on the sidelines guarantees nothing.

  4. The best opportunities aren’t given—they’re taken. If you’re not actively creating new opportunities, someone else is taking them.

Which people actually win?

Where wealth, opportunity, and leverage collide. Most people spend their lives waiting.

Waiting for the perfect time.
Waiting for the right opportunity.
Waiting until they “feel ready.”

And then they wonder why nothing changes.

👉 The people who actually win? They don’t wait. They create opportunity.
They build skills. They build relationships. They make moves—before they feel ready.
