Starting a new year always brings that “clean slate” energy.

But clean slates don’t mean anything if you don’t change the way the game is played.

I’ve had years that looked great on paper. Revenue was up. Activity was high. Clients were coming in.

And still... the bank account didn’t reflect it. And worse, my lifestyle didn’t reflect it.

That's when I realized most entrepreneurs don’t have revenue problems. They have structure problems.

The business is busy, but it’s not efficient. Money comes in, but it leaks right back out. Here in the middle of May Stop it!!
