2. Write out the cost of a recent bad hire.
   Time. Energy. Money. Be honest.

3. Make a list of roles you’re underpaying, and what it’s costing you.
   It might shock you.

4. Commit to finding one A-player before the end of the year.
   Even if it costs more. Especially if it does.
