Last day....

Today is the last day to implement business tax strategies to save for 2024. Make it a priority to wrap up any remaining loose ends you have on implementation.

We don't prepare taxes, but will work with your CPA and/or tax person

Please do not forget our underpayment recovery (from insurance companies, not patients) platform. With no upfront costs, we can go back 2 years & we only go after those accounts your RCM teams have given up on. Your time involved? About 30 minutes.

You’ll never build real wealth by trading hours for dollars.

That’s a hamster wheel, not a strategy.

The key is creating assets—things that pay you even when you’re not actively working.

Start today. Build something that grows while you sleep.

IRS to Send Up to $1,400 to 1 Million Taxpayers. Are You Eligible?

Uncle Sam might owe you some money. On Dec. 20, the IRS announced plans to send a total of $2.4 billion in "special payments" to approximately 1 million taxpayers in the coming weeks.

Starting this month, the agency will begin dispersing funds to eligible taxpayers who did not claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on their 2021 tax returns. The credit was designed for people who did not receive the full amount of their pandemic stimulus payments, known as Economic Impact Payments (EIPs).

The payments will vary, with a maximum of $1,400 per recipient.

Who qualifies?

Lawmakers authorized three EIPs, the first two in 2020 and a third in 2021, to help Americans who were struggling financially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most taxpayers who were eligible have already received their stimulus checks or Recovery Rebate Credit. However, “Looking at our internal data, we realized that one million taxpayers overlooked claiming this complex credit when they were actually eligible,” IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel said in a statement. Taxpayers who left the Recovery Rebate Credit field on their 2021 tax return blank or wrote "$0" may be eligible for the new payments.

How do I receive my payment?

If you qualify for a 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit, you’ll receive a letter of notification, but you don’t need to take any action to receive the funds. “To minimize headaches and get this money to eligible taxpayers, we’re making these payments automatic, meaning these people will not be required to go through the extensive process of filing an amended return to receive it,” Werfel said.

The payment will be automatically deposited to the bank account that you listed on your 2023 tax return. If you’ve closed that bank account or didn't list one, the IRS will send a check to your mailing address on record.

The IRS said the payments will start going out this month and be issued to most recipients by late January 2025. Your credit's value will depend on a variety factors, including your income, filing status and number of dependents.

What if I didn’t file my 2021 taxes?

If, for some reason, you have not filed your 2021 tax return yet, you might still be eligible for a refund of up to $1,400, but you must file the return by April 15, 2025, the IRS said.

What? Only 8 days left, then many of these will end....

Time is running out (Dec 31) to benefit from the money set aside in the new 30 programs created for business owners across the USA. Give your business a very nice present.

Time-Wasters

  1. Reach Out to One Person: Strengthen a key relationship today—message, call, or schedule a face-to-face. Relationships grow with effort.

  2. Eliminate a Time-Waster: Identify one thing stealing your time and cut it off immediately. (Yes, even doomscrolling counts.)

  3. Add Value to Someone’s Day: Help someone solve a problem, answer a question, or offer a resource—no strings attached.

  4. Block an Hour for Focused Work: Dedicate 60 minutes to deep, uninterrupted focus on a key task. No distractions, just execution.

Take Control In 35 minutes and 50 seconds!!

2024 might have been a whirlwind, but 2025 is the year we take control. No more guessing, no more hoping—just a clear, actionable plan to reflect on what worked, reset what didn’t, and rise to the next level.

Value = Paychecks

  1. Relationships Are Rocket Fuel: You can have all the talent in the world, but relationships amplify your efforts. The right people open doors talent alone can’t.

  2. Haters Don’t Matter: Not everyone will get your vision, and some will even try to tear it down. Let them. Their opinion doesn’t pay your bills.

  3. Value = Paychecks: Want to make more? Solve bigger problems. It’s that simple. Stop chasing the paycheck—chase the solution.

  4. Time Is Non-Negotiable: You can make more money, but you can’t make more time. Spend it wisely, or lose it forever.

Time Is Finite

  1. Build Relationship Capital:
Talent might get you noticed, but relationships get you in the door. Don’t just network—build real, meaningful connections.

  2. You’re Not for Everyone: Not everyone will clap when you win. Build anyway. Their applause isn’t the goal; your success is.

  3. Money Follows Value: Solve problems, create solutions, and focus on what people truly need. That’s where the money flows.

  4. Time Is Finite: Every “yes” is a “no” to something else. Guard your time with your life—it’s your most precious asset.

Life doesn’t hand out a manual

You figure things out as you go, and sometimes the lessons hit you like a freight train.

The problem? By the time they sink in, you’ve already lost time, money, or momentum.

Audit Your Business

  1. Audit Your Circle: Who in your network is helping you grow? Who’s holding you back? Be honest and adjust accordingly.

  2. Reach Out to Someone Today:
Send a quick message or make a call to someone you admire. Start the conversation.

  3. Add Value Without Asking: Find one way to help someone in your network today—without expecting anything in return.

  4. Plan a Face-to-Face Meeting: Relationships grow faster in person. Schedule coffee, lunch, or a mastermind session.

Build

  1. Quality Over Quantity:
A small, trusted network will open more doors than a massive, shallow one.

  2. Be a Giver, Not a Taker: Lead with generosity. The more you help others win, the more they’ll want to help you win.

  3. Build on Shared Values: Align yourself with people who share your drive, ambition, and work ethic.

  4. Relationships Take Work: Don’t just reach out when you need something. Invest time consistently, and the returns will multiply.

Business Thoughts

  1. Your Network = Your Potential: The quality of your relationships sets the ceiling for your success. Choose wisely.

  2. Stop Collecting Contacts: You don’t need 1,000 connections. You need 10 solid ones. Depth beats width every time.

  3. Add Value First: Don’t show up with your hand out. Show up with something to give. Relationships thrive on mutual value.

  4. Proximity Is Power: Spend time with people who inspire you, challenge you, and make you think bigger.

Conquer Today

  1. Identify Your Bottlenecks: What’s slowing you down right now? Write it down and start brainstorming ways to fix it.

  2. Document One Process: Choose one recurring task in your business and write a step-by-step guide for it. Congrats, you’ve just started building your systems.

  3. Delegate One Task: Hand off something on your plate to someone else today. If you can’t delegate, your business can’t scale.

  4. Review Your Tools: Are you using the right software and systems? If not, it’s time to upgrade.
